At Thrive Skin Care, each appointment is thoughtfully reserved just for you. As a solo practice, last-minute changes can significantly impact the flow of the day and other clients waiting for care.

We kindly ask that you honor the time set aside for your treatment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

Late Cancellations:
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

No-Shows or Same-Day Cancellations:
These will incur the full cost of the scheduled service.
